A sea of tulips as far as your eyes can see. Well, maybe not that far. This past Mother’s Day weekend, Shannon and I took a quick 24 hour trip to Providence, Rhode Island just to see these beautiful tulips.
Cherry blossoms are in peak bloom this season and you must visit the New York Botanical Garden. Located in the Bronx, this garden is 250 acres with 50 specialty gardens and collections comprising more than one million plants. You guys know I love the Brooklyn Botanical Garden but this year I wanted to go somewhere different.

Feeling like Fall in Central Park. You may not know, but this Central Park Lake is the second-largest body of water in Central Park that spans over 22-acres. I've been wanting to go to Loer Boathouse in Central Park ever since I moved here but I somehow never got the chance to do so.
